Other holiday books

Here are two colorful, children’s holiday books that I’ve read recently. The first is about celebrating the Jewish holiday Chanukah, called Chanukah Lights Everywhere, by Michael J. Rosen. The other tells a story about giving during the Islamic holiday of Eid ul-Fitr, called The Best Eid Ever, by Dr. Asma Mobin-Uddin.

Like What Happened to Merry Christmas?, both books creatively weave a presentation of a religious holiday into a fictional story.
